I am spending the next year changing my habits one month at a time.  I plan to pick one bad habit each month for the entire year and try to get rid of it.  At the end of each month I decide rather or not it was worth it, and hopefully by the end of the year I will have changed some things about myself for the better!

About this blog

In twelve months I plan to change 12 things about myself. Each month I will pick a bad habit I have and spend the entire month working to change it. At the end of the month I will decide if j want to give up the habit forever or if it just wasn't worth it. Hopefully, at the end of the year I will be able to look back and see reqal improvements in myself. This is a personal experiment, but I plan to share it with everyone else here!
